Yes. Add a group anytime and it activates immediately, billing adjusts next cycle. Remove a group at the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted; it becomes inaccessible until you re-add it.
Every plan includes a free WhatsApp allowance sized to the volume you run, shown on your plan before you sign up. It resets on the 1st and unused messages do not carry over. Beyond it, bundles start at ₹149/month for 500 extra messages and drop to ₹0.20 a message on the large bundle (annual billing; the shorter cycles carry the same uplift as the rest of your plan). There is no separate WhatsApp subscription and no per-user charge: WhatsApp bills per message delivered, so we price it the same way instead of hiding it in a module fee.
No. The Scheduling group is purely optional. Base + EMR + Commerce covers everything a walk-in business needs: client records, EMR, billing, inventory, with no booking overhead. The Medical bundle is pre-configured for exactly this use case.
No. The shortest cycle is quarterly and renewal is never automatic. Annual billing is the list price and locks it for 12 months; half-yearly is 10% more per month and quarterly 20% more, because a longer commitment is genuinely cheaper for us to serve. Founding Member pricing applies to whichever cycle you choose.
Every plan includes 1 user, and every user after that is ₹999/year flat, at any plan size, forever. There is no user tier to outgrow and no per-seat module pricing. Adding staff barely moves our costs, so we do not price as if it did. Ready Made plans go further and bundle their users in (Spark 5, Rise 15, Scale 40), which is the discount building your own plan cannot match.
Each extra location is 50% of your plan price: one rule, whatever you run. A lean pharmacy pays less per branch than a full clinic simply because its plan costs less. Diagnostics works the same way: your report volume is counted org-wide, so a second collection centre is half your slab, not a second slab. Users are ₹99/month each wherever they sit, and Ready Made plans include 3 users with each extra location. Running 10+ locations? Contact us for a custom quote.
By report volume, not by users. A one-person lab releasing 3,000 reports a month runs far more of our platform than a one-person lab releasing 200, and earns far more from it, so seats would be an unfair way to charge either of you. Pick the slab that fits your month: from ₹5,700/year all-in at up to 500 reports, up to 10,000 reports a month, with everything included (platform, billing, service catalogue, your pathology and radiology disciplines, 1 user, 1 location). Go over your slab and it is +₹99 per 100 reports; no report is ever blocked.
One report = one released department report. An order that splits across Biochemistry, Haematology and Microbiology is three signed reports, so it counts as three, exactly the way you bill your own clients.

IPD Core includes 10 beds; the Nursing Home plan includes 15 and the Hospital Starter plan includes 50. Beyond that, extra beds are ₹49 per bed per month. The OPD system is live today. The IPD modules are rolling out now under early access. You can lock in founding-hospital pricing today; billing for the IPD modules only starts once they go live for your facility. We'll onboard you module by module as each ships.
Absolutely, and it's the most common path. Start on an OPD plan, then switch on IPD Core and the modules you need when you're ready. Because it's the same platform, your clients, billing and history all carry over, you just flip the inpatient modules on.
