Beds are the axis.  Extra beds are ₹500 a year each, extra doctors ₹6,000 a year, extra units from ₹39,990. Everything outpatient is already inside an inpatient plan, so you never buy the OPD plans separately.

The only other things you can be charged for

Three of them, all optional, all published. There is no fourth.

Storage

25 GB of documents and scans is included with every plan, which is years of normal use. Old paper records you want digitised sit on the same rate as new ones.

Templates we build for you

Your first three come free: an intake form, a consent form and one clinical template. After that we build them per doctor or per department. Anything you edit or design yourself is always free.

Straight answers

Yes, for one user at one location inside the included volume. There is no base platform fee underneath it, no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no charge for support. The plan grows on exactly one axis, and that axis is printed on the card.
One released report document for one department. A four-test order that splits across Biochemistry, Haematology and Microbiology is three signed pages, so it counts as three. That is the same unit you bill your own clients on, which is why we chose it. Go over in a busy month and it is a ₹99 top-up per 100 reports, never a blocked report.
Because the doctor is the person creating the medical record, and that record is the product. Reception, billing and nursing logins come with the plan (two per doctor), so nobody has to share a password to save money. A second doctor is ₹750 a month, less than one consultation. Past 15 doctors we move you to a flat site licence instead, since multiplying at that size stops being fair.
Yes, and we only move you up after two consecutive months over the band, so one busy festival month does not trigger a year-long upgrade. Going down happens at renewal.
Your data is always yours. One full export a year is free, we hand it over on the way out, and we delete our copy afterwards. No hostage-taking, no export fee.
Annual is the list price and the best rate. Half-yearly and quarterly are available at a small uplift; ask and we will quote it. Monthly is offered on large setups, where the plan works out above ₹10,000 a month, since at that size the payment is a budget line rather than a purchase. Below that, annual keeps the price down for both of us.
